How can we Cloak Hard?

Hi Friends,
I am using some paid cloaking script but in this I can't got click from real IP, since there are many options but still there are huge amount of hits from a particular IP and we are getting spammed. If any one have any idea how can we can prevent or using any custom cloaking script?

Any half decent cloaking script would allow you to block an IP.

But there is an issue that we cant block all time IP, is there any script that can stop visiting bot or any options code that can check for real user IP
