How can we check if we are in google filter or sandbox?

Many of my competetive words has gone down 4 pages,2 pages,some 2 or 3 ranks and some still in the same place.How can I check if I am in Google filter,sandbox or some other ? Or is there any google wave , that I will get my positions shortly again ?

One way to check that you are not in the Google Sandbox, is by seeing if any of your subpages show up on a keyword search. If they show up, it is unlikely that your site is sandboxed. It may just be a google dance. Give it some time.

check site:yourdomain.com/net/org/whatever it is
If anything comes,you are not sandboxed

You might get your position shortly again. Just wait for a few days and wait for things to settle down.

Do a site:yourwebsite.com check. If you show up and your not ranking for your keywords, your in the sandbox. If nothing shows up, you might be deindexed.

Is there any other penalty like -60,-50 etc. of google other than sandbox ? and if there is ,can somebody explain why we get these penalties ? and how can we solve this penalty problems?

There is no much difference

Check
"domain.com" - must be 1-3 place but not somewhere in ass

and look at the site globally

what pages are indexed, loo at LF keywords does site has any positions on them?

take some titles and check positions too
"buy some, buy some online, bla bla bla" - check positions must be 1 if title is unique, but if title is unique but there no kw in top that is strange, but not critical too))
