Hi.

I want to start venturing on PPD and I plan on starting on free websites.
I created a free wordpress.com site and when I was about to put the verification code in the public/html folder, I just realized wordpress.com doesn't have it.
And I don't have money to pay for my own domain and hosting for now and I'm not an expert in coding.
I've been googling about it for the last hour and trying to search related thread about it here but no luck.

Any help please?

Or do you know any free blog or hosting sites that allows us to access or edit their public html folders? Like blogger or something?

As you don't have money to start with, try free webhosting which provides free subdomain alongwith like 000webhost ( I would not recommend free webhosting though but you got no other option for what you are looking for ).

Thanks.
So I guess it's just those sites like 000webhost that allows us to edit the root folder huh?
I can see that they're not allowing any advertisements for their free web hosting even for PPD.
But after I get accepted on any PPD sites it will be okay for them even if I spread the links to the files uploaded anywhere right? Even on forums or free blogs or something? Just want to make sure.

Any webhosting service provider will let you edit the root folder of your site. If your site starts getting good number visitors or use the server resources more then expected your free account will get banned.
And I dont get why do you need a website for ppd as it can be done without a website either.

Uhm yeah. I know that since my original plan when I first thought of this is to spread the links of the files I uploaded to PPD sites to Youtube and other forums. The thing is, when I registered, they require a website, and they want me to post their verification code on the root folder of my website and until then, I can't be accepted so there.

hey download filezilla client and add whatever u want in root dir...
Got it dude, thanks. Did just that on 000 webhost. now just waiting for approval.

Wish me luck!

They are not going to give you access to that folder, just install a plugin that puts the code in for you.
