make your question a bit clear...if u just need random followers then u can just use sites like twiends...u can follow people based on keyword if ur trying to get followers in a particular niche...u can use tweet attacks for that but it is a pain in the ass to get proxies and all...i use tweetbuddy which is an online program...they do all the work u just need to set the accounts up the first time...u can check the progress in their site...they do it in their servers...so there is no need for you to run your pc or get proxies...
