Please take a look at this pin: pinterest.com/pin/2814818486767077/, it show as pin from Google.com but if you click it will redirect to the site that sale this item. How can they do this? Can we do using PinPal bot or PinPioneer?

if I click on it i first get send to google and get a redirect notice, then I get send to the page.
So i suppose they rank in google image search and pin the image in image search
