How can these CPCs be $.04?

I thought I knew adwords pretty well, but apparently I don't.

I've been watching videos where people are promoting CPA campaigns and getting $.04 per click with them. How is this possible when I go to a site like SpyFu even crappy keywords like "dragonball" still cost $.30 a click?

How can you promote a zip submit on Google with Adwords and earn money still is my question.

spyfu only shows prices for search results. those low prices usualy com from the content network..

if you want to promote zip submits focus on the content network..
