How can streamtape/streamsb provide unlimited storage?

I saw a lot of video streaming site using them (not just them but there are a lot of other services too), they provide unlimited storage with unlimited bandwidth. I don't really understand how can they sustain their business for so long.

They probably have an inactive file policy, so if files are not viewed it's removed after some time.
