How can someone post a video like this and not get it deleted?

I've noticed that this page has only one video that has gone viral:

and I think that the video is copyrighted, how can a video like this not get deleted and can it be monetized?

Actually I believe anything audio or video can be monetized provided you know how..but mostly it can be used for adds or in some cases advertisement

It is a fluke. This video may be deleted anytime.

Trick on Facebook: Simply upload videos and forget the page for 1 month. Then watch, all your videos will be viral.
