I personally do not, try to post on HAF section see who might be able to help you.
Back in time I just took one from github, it doesn't take much time to learn how to use it or even watch couple videos on youtube if you want to add couple features with python.

There is no way to invite people in to the Telegram Channels! You can only invite them in to your Telegram Groups.

you said everything correctly, I agree with you. Users can only be collected from telegram groups and users can only be added to telegram groups. You cannot add users to telegram channels, you can add up to 200 people to a channel if you are a channel administrator
