I got messages from Google to unnatural link. Now I am unable to remove unnatural link. My rank was down after Penguin update. Now how can I remove unnatural link. Its may be I have taken services from BHW now whats the login & Password they have used I don't know.

Please suggest me to get ideas.

2.Empty your blogroll
3.Check your Inbound Links

you most likely can't fix past links ... focus on building new links
