How can overcome banned from google?. Google was banned my 10 account. Please, help me to creator adwords account best. Thank you for your help!

Simple follow Adwords TOS.
There are hell lots of reasons for ban. You need to tell what you did in the past.
In regards to your post opening 10 accounts with same IP, creating accounts without deleting flash cookies, using same name and address, etc.,
Be specific so they people can help you in better way.

Please, I was using my client center for setup account with coupon in adwords. But now, I setup campaign and google will banned my account. I don't know why. and I using my visa card for set up with real money, and google banned too. I have change domain already, change IP, Delete cookies, Please, help !

Well the solution would be to get a new computer or change your ip.. Then open an adwords account on a completely different person. Use a voucher to start off. But then really pay for the ads. Credit card can be on a different person. Worked for me..
