If you are using wordpress you can get an xml feed plugin. Just search "xml feed" in the plugin search bar.

This is how we do it in http://www.youroffshoreteam.com, we bookmark our client's website (manually) and ping them to 30 pinging sites.

For indexed you site first add Webmastertool.
verity by Google then put code in On page.
For fast indexing always using unique content..
you can also use this pingoat.com
