Image size is the villain in most cases
Head over to shortpixel and compress them if that's the case

Install a Cache plugin if you haven't already.
Aim for 1-2s loading time and page size <2MB

Assuming your using Wordpress there are several plugins for it. Just Google "wordpress plugin speed up site"
 
Make sure you have these things right first as a base.

  3. Image optimization - ShortPixel or Imagify plugin.
  4. Perfmatters - Great performance plugin.
  5. CDN - If your catering visitors around the world, or if your webhosting is in another country then your visitors. Bunny.net
  6. Use Cloudflare as DNS only service, they are fast in DNS management.
Use this as a base for your website, then adjust, re-adjust and test, this is your best bet.

Or just buy a speed optimization service from someone in the marketplace, just make sure you have atleast good hosting first.

Thank you so much. let me follow this process.
 
WP Rocket is not gonna do it, basically, strip all the images and everything else off the site, plenty of sites are loved and crushing it like a throwback to the 1980s with A+ speed scores and lots of organic looking like hyperlink farms
