How can IM help me in my offline project?

I am designing 1on1 concierge service for people coming to small and exclusive European country.

Personal batler, driver, car, fuel, local currency, connections and everything that can be of use for somebody coming to the country.

Thing is, this is high end service (1000 euros per day)

So, how can I target rich business individuals who are visiting the country.

My ideas so far:
Find concierge agencies around the world and offer them to sell your service to their members and everytime they happen to be coming to my country I can be their man on the ground (they take 10% comission for my services sold)
Repeat with local hotels

But other than that where can I black hat this thing? anyone have an email list of PA'a to CEO's of TOP100?

what kind of influencers should i work with?

If it's a rare kind of service in a small country you could set up a domain and try to rank. It shouldn't be too difficult if you're one of the few services in the country/city.

I strongly feel there is market for it. Thing is I want to position it as exclusive and target businessman and oligarchs who are often visitng. We have a lot of stupid rich Arabs, etc.

I assume SEO would be done on concierge + country but i am looking how to crate more sale channels.

Also, where can I list this kind of service for affiliate promotion? Who would be ideal candidate to promote this?

Anyone has any idea where to find sales or affiliate experts who can push luxury concierge service? Willing to pay high commission on an expensive product
