Get an Instagram account? I don't have a smartphone, but I just want a new Instagram account, 0 followers, 0 following.

Can someone with an iPhone make one for me, or something?

Yeah, I tried that. My PC sucks a big one tho, so bluestacks won't work.

I think the account might get flagged because youre accessing it from 2 different places in a small gap of time
