How can I validate/confirm my website on Google Adsense

I have a website that gives free followers, likes etc to visitors. In short, you have to wait 2-3 minutes to get free followers. I want to show ads to my visitors because I have so many of them. But Adsense says:

"The following content is not allowed:
Which helps users mislead others.
Promotes hacking or cracking methods and/or provides users with instructions or equipment to modify or gain unauthorized access to software, servers or websites."

How can I solve this? If I remove the waiting time, can I show ads?

Try propeller ads, I don't think adsense will approve you.
