Buy a cheap vps? You can usually find an offer for a few bucks a month that will give you a terabyte or 2 of data.
Other than that I don't really see any other way except for acid's suggestion.

I have the best possible plan I Can get in my country, so yea I'll go with vps. However how does a vps work i've actually never used a virtual private server before.

It's like owning a separate computer, a computer you can devote to a task (ie: U2Bviews) and run it 24/7. You control your VPS from your home computer.
There's also some things about virtualization, and locating your vps adjacent to the network your "targeting", but that seems a little much for the thread. If you have questions PM me.
