How can I unlock my limit Paypal

I have a Canada Paypal with a name and I have verified the account with Visa card. But when I sent money to another Paypal account, they limited my account . I have provides Passport picture (a fake passport ) and they lock my accout permanent ? So could I complaint my account again?
What should I do for not limit my another account (I use fake name)?
Please help!

seems , you are doomed. paypal is very resstricted to this policy; anyway find someone on this forum to resolve the issue. There are several threads on that issue and they provide the services. Go on , Serach.

Do you know someone, I finded but nothing someone

For your other account, you need id, utility bill, passport, bank statement to be in the same name and address you created your PP account.
Also if you use a proxy or VPN is another red flag but don't forget about the cookies - you must delete the old cookies but anyways it is not easy because there are too many variables to take in consideration and sooner or later you will do something wrong.
