Anyone know how can I make that type of live?
I mean: How can I make the updating stats and such things.

Do you want real stats? Scrape them, otherwise just make a fake counter lol

 
check here many asked the same exact question, all you need is a free OBS software that will run on local or remote machine
there you can add stats from any covid-19 info site (you just need the URL) that's all, good luck!

lol unless u have 40k watching like roylab stats hard to grow subs with this trick. roylab stats grew from 1000 sub to 800k subs in 2 months coz he boosted himself with 40k watching lol. very expensive
 
Worldometer is the website with real time stats. Use obs to stream on screen
 
Most service provider COVID-19 API doesn't give the live stats for free. If your videos want to display live stats, spend money, and everything will flow.
