How can I start my own Website Agency ?

Hello My BHW Friends, I am new here kindly guide me if I'm doing something wrong !!

So, My name is Sayan, I am a front end Developer with more than 5 years of Website Development experience. I work in a reputed company also i do a lot of freelancing. Now I want to create something my own. My own Website Agency. I mean , I have man power like Graphis Designers, Programmers, Content Writers. So can someone explain me how can I start, Where can I get projects !!

You can start selling your skills and services on Fiverr and Upwork. Read guides on the forum to find ways to drive traffic to your Gigs.
 
Start with a good portfolio. Then go to sites like upwork anf fiverr to start selling. You can also offer your services through linkedin.
This can even be a good service to offer here on BHW (after upgrading to a Jr. VIP)

You can first start running it on your own, and then later you can include more people to it, or hire someone to do some outsourcing tasks. The best idea is to see and search for project-based jobs on Upwork or some similar platforms, you should also be active on Linkedin and connect with relevant users there, you could do some paid promotion of your services, and so on, as all of that will help you get to the new clients.
