Hi,

I have made tons of mistakes working online by taking projects from clients and hiring freelancers to do them, but I always failed at it because freelancers didn't do proper work most of the times and I ended up paying double then what client and I have decided to finish the projects.

Now I am in debt and want to know good ways I can start to earn money online. I am looking for good ideas and suggestions here so; please let me know.

Thanks in Advance.

You gotta at least tell us what kind of projects you dealt with previously, and where you got those freelancers from? Tons of people are following that business model and are doing pretty well. Let us know your entire process and we'll see if we can help you prevent the same mistakes, instead of running away from it entirely.

Why don't you try to be instead of these freelancers? Since you get enough clients (as you said).

Classic mistake. Hiring others to do work without vetting them first. The most important thing to understand that quality beats cheapness in the beginning. You just need to read up on some business etiquette before tackling another job. You don't have people working without checking their work and making sure that you would hire them to do whatever you needed for yourself personally. Just try out a freelancer for a sample gig for yourself and see how they do if unforeseen circumstances happen then take a note of what happened and try someone else. You need to have someone solid and it's not easy as doing simple matchmaking. You should never lose money on a deal because your expenses went above the pay. At worst you should break even.

I am also working on many projects myself but I can't finish all myself so I take help of freelancers to work on few projects.
:Dfor programming i always work with people who ready to give out the source code. These people are working mostly from passionate so every job they done they did it clean

Any project that you take you got to know what the job entails (at least you should have done it yourself before) and you should be actively involved in its execution. This is the basic requirements when you are working online, don't just trust anything/anyone blindly till you are not experienced with it

Say no to freelancers..
Hire a reputable agency instead to outsource the work..!
You won't face the problems again
Which site you use to hire the freelancers?

Not always right, you will be surprised to know that the agencies sometimes are not very customer friendly while a freelancer can get to know the real requirements of the customer in a much better manner
Agencies are better when it comes to professionalism in approach and time management
So, take your pick.
IMO, that decision should be based on what you are trying to get done

I hire freelancers from Facebook

I prefer forums over social media while hiring as forums also can display the knowledge level of user while that is not entirely true when it comes to social media, but then everyone has got their own method of doing a thing

I don`t think that "do it yourself" would be good advice. Try to hire a good and strong team of professionals in their field and always check their work carefully.

Where can I find such people please tell me
I go to GitHub and find any active developers there. Some give you credits to their work like a mail or other contact form. Or you can write something on their project they should notice you.
:D This is spoonfed btw

Try doing what you are good at. Pick one task and stick with it, try every thing related to it. If that doesn't work leave and pick next

Never give up mate.. as said before, just focus on one thing.. whole all your energy..

Start over, but this time do it by ur self, don't hand over to another freelancer.
