I believe there are multiple hosting services here in the marketplace that accept bitcoin as a payment method.

As it has been already mentioned you can
a) Buy domains and a hosting via bitcoins
b) Always connect to the hosting/domain service through a Tor+VPN if possible.

njalla is an option for domain names. namesilo and namecheap too accept bitcoins as far as I know.
