You can hire someone to write the blog posts, then you can specify the keywords you expect your article to rank for and share them with your copy writer so he can make them SEO ready.

Try posting on Quora, it works for me, if your response is engaging to people, they will want to know more and possibly go to your blog.

Create a blog using Wordpress, hire someone to write the articles for you, make sure good content is your primary rule and do the right promotion, find out whre your audience usually is, what platform, and just do your advertising.
