No just wipe the phone at most. You can just register a new acc with the same one about 8 times max though from my experience.

I want to make an update. I wiped the phone to factory reset and put a sim in it. Some videos have 0 views and some videos 40-200 views (very slow reach to 200)..The thing is that on the older phone, with the same videos, i have 600-700 views (a very fast reach to 600). Why? The phone is new
If it's the exact same videos tiktok detects it and won't let it pass, it has to be unique. If it goes past 100 views then it's not shadowban, it's just bad content.
