How can I set a php proxy?

Hi, I bought an expired domain about proxy. I want to use a script to trasform it in a web proxy again, in order to get new traffic. What is the best script for do this? What kind of web space I need? shared hosting, vps that allowed me to use that script Thank you

Well It Will be preferable to use vps for hosting and glype as a script as it supports ssl websites to be accessed
