Just spam the fuck out of them and see what happens. Because that is what you will be doing by sending emails to people who didn't optin for your spammy spam.

What you are asking is "How can I spam without spamming?".
Then answer to your question is send around 3-400 per day. In my experience, that kept me below the IP ban radar. Gmail says they do not mind you sending ~500 emails per day, but I would not go as far as that with one email address on one IP.

Even strict US laws allow you to send 30k emails to corporate recipients without opt-in. And there are also other countries than US as well with own spam laws or their absence...
Don't judge if you don't know what OP is going to do.

as a person, who started doing email marketing 1 year ago with total zero knowledge, I would advice you to talk to professionals first. Here's enough people who can make a mail server for you and give some advice. It will cost you some but you will glad you did it that way.
Just assume that email marketing is 10 times harder than you think it is and you will be safe

Sending unsolicited email is waste of time, Better try try try.. you can send 500 emails/day via gmail but Users won't believe when you send from gmail. If you send via your domain, your domain will be reported for spamming activities.
