Google "bulk email sending" you will see get many providers, subscribe to anyone and start sending

How many emails do you want to send?

if you want to do bulk email properly you should use a solid smtp like sendgrid or amazon ses with a verified domain and warmed up ip also clean your email list to avoid bounces and keep your sender rep alive blasting out huge volumes without a good setup will kill your deliverability fast if you want i can suggest more depending on how many emails you plan to send and who you’re targeting

You can send bulk emails using SMTP services like AWS SES or tools like mailchimp, Sendgrid, or self-hosted Mailwizz with a verified domain.
 
Very broad question.

I'll respond quickly, build your own smtp servers if you have the money, skills and a lot of time to learn, it involves a lot technical knowlegde (linux, smtp, dns, powermta ....)

Or use a software that allows you to send from many Gmail/outlook accounts. you'll need just a software, many accounts, proxies (Easy to start with a low investment)
 
I try many free email tools, but It seems that many of them can't get into the customers' inboxes.
 
If you plan on sending bulk emails, then you can go to the "hire a freelancer" section and get yourself a script that can do that. There may be ones that are already available, however that would be the place to post it in.
 
Theres a lot of email service providers out there. Hope you find what best suits you tho.
