How can i sell more through discord?

Hello community, I'm not usually very active here, but I love the forum.

I have a question, I say that I have a service that I sell by discord, I have already made enough sales over the months the thing is that it costs me a lot to get it because I get many "No", "messages read", "discord limitations", etc..

I tried advertising on facebook and tiktok but ads are not my thing, how can I improve?

You can hire someone to run the ad for you if you aren't good with ads.

Why are ads not your thing. See there is money in media buying unless you don't know how to advertise yourself then you can always ask chatgpt on how to do this.

Things are even simpler this day compare to 2006

just hire some one to run your adds if you dont
have the time or relevant skill

Look at it this way
This is a platform where people come and go wanting "Internet marketing" stuff.
Think of it as a Street Market where people know that it exist and if they want (let's say Reddit Acounts) they know where to look.

Discord on the other hard, has communities, unless you are in the right community, that has the audience of what you want and allows you to sell...
You are either shilling in peoples DMs (which has a high banrate so get those accounts ready) or you are targeting an untargetted audience attempting to convert.
That's no different then trying sell an car to someone who potentially can't even afford to bus.

You can subscribe to Discord Nitro to get away with the limitations of the discord. You can also use other channels like Telegram groups related to your services and post there. You might be able to generate sales from there.
