How can I see which PayPal account I have.

Not really sure as I opened it years and years ago.

I have an account on Paypal(dot)nl. I have my personal email address on it from my ISP here. But, I also have a credit card linked to it. As I understand it, a cc can only be on it if it's a business account. Or did I read that wrong somewhere? So, what I'm asking is, do I have a personal account or a business account since there's a cc on it?

Credit Card is necessary to make your account verified. It has nothing to do with a personal account or business account. Which account you selected at the time of sign up?? You can see your account type in account settings/
