How can I see PBN values

Hello dear friends. I'm looking for a PBN but it's a very hard way. Find the appropriate domain, look at the past content, look at DA PA values, check spam

I can find no more than 2-3 domains per day

How can I quickly look at domain quality?

Can you recommend a suitable tool or a free tool at the domcop.com site which is very good but too expensive for me

No such tool that can check everything, as far as I know.
 
Filter them by metrics via Majestic mass uploader and then check them by hand. Even I still do it like that. Though I can also assure you that those 2 - 3 domains you find daily most likely aren't even clean. There's much much more there to see than just looking at Archive.org.

Get yourself a custom script, if you are finding them for personal use then 2 or 3 domains a day sounds good to me.
