How can I scrape users I follow?

I can't seem to figure out how to scrape all users that I personally follow on my account, I am doing so to put them on my whitelist.

Tick Scrape User
Select "User's Follower"
Enter YOUR username in the field
Start the bot.

This is in the FL manual that comes with it by the way...

The FL Manual is so un-userfriendly. It's ridiculous.

Can you scrape just one user, and then go and comment on ALL of that user's photos?

I mean I did this and it didn't scrape my follows though.

There used to be an option where you could like all the photos that came up in your feed.
I want to use it, but I can't find it. I'm pretty sure that before when I was using it i wasn't entering my own name into the field. Any ideas?
