How can I scrape keywords from a specific domain?

How can I scrape all the keywords from a specific domain?

I have kwfinder but I don't think it does this.

Use Ahrefs.

Put Domain by selecting *.Domain/* as option in site explorer.

Then click on "Organic Keywords" to find the list of keywords the domain is ranking in Google in top 100.
 
You mean keywords already ranking in the SERPS?
In case, Kwfinder does the job, but both Ahrefs and Semrush are way better for this task.

I see kwfinder gives about 20 keywords for a website that are ranking and half the keywords don't display difficulty in kwfinder so you have to use a daily credit to search each of them and then you use another credit to check the serp rankings

Ahrefs should do well for your purpose. I suggest you consider using the tool instead.
