How can I run some programs with different IP (VPN)

Hello, I need VPN program to run some programs (.exe) installed on my computer in different IP. How can I do this what I want?

I will run 2 programs with VPNs with different IPs, so that program will run on a different IP.

I will run other programs using my own fixed IP information.

I was trying to work this out last year but i failed. There is a method running exe files through instances of windows shell with separate proxy settings, but I didn't make it work properly in my case

Why VPN? Your real IP could leak through the system. Despite, I understand your needs. If you buy multiple mobile proxies and configure each mobile proxy with one browser, you'll end up having a different IP on each browser - that too undetectable if your proxy provider provides Elite proxies.

You can use this application. its good to use different proxy in multiple different application .
