How can I run multiple TikTok/Instagram accounts

In 2026, where proxies and vpns are so useless, what options do we have if we want to run many ig/tiktok accounts at the same time? Obviously, I can't have them on my phone and just switch between them. Even the ''highest quality'' proxies I see recommended on forums work like sh*t nowadays - are there any good, cheap solutions? Let's say I want to run 10x instagram accounts and 10x tiktok accounts at the same time without linking them?

And a side question - is anyone aware of the specifics of the algorithms of these two platforms when it comes to DMs - will 5 new direct messages a day on each account (changing the message text daily) be okay or will that turn me into a ''spam'' account?
