How can I run FB ads without a creditcard?

Add VCC to your paypal and use paypal for FB ads again. Don't go directly to FB with VCC, because they will ban you in 90% cases.

Better solution would be: Buy Paypal with fake data that is already verified with VCC and use that for FB. Contact user @zebrahat
 
I know its been mentioned, but a green dot card, or a prepaid visa is probably your best bet.
