How can I report an Adsense violator?

I run a couple of campaigns with adwords. Lately, I've seen my costs skyrocketing. I checked one of these sites that's displaying my ads, and they're asking their viewers for clicks. Does Adwords or Adsense have an email for this type of stuff?
