Slow down your actions, stop using the same hashtags over and over.
Eventually run a 5 bucks paid ad to gain some trust form IG.

I have had shadow bans multiple times and I can tell you 1 simple method that works every time:
1. Wait 2 weeks. Post regularly like normal user but don't put more than 1-2 hashtags

I jokingly said this to myself too when I got a shadow ban on my accounts. Did someone actually test this out, if it helps to throw money at Marc Zuckerberg to lift the shadowban earlier?

Nothing is a golden rule with Zuck these days, the key concept of getting out of it is showing IG you are not a spammer.
