how can i remove my sites from Google Sandbox

All 10 sites? Buf!!
Well first of all you have to see why they put you in the sandbox...duplicated content,autoblog os something like that? well, witth the new Google changes things seems gard for these kind of sites. Try to do some interesting content.
If it's something about too much links, well, stop doing blast of bad quality links and do some links every day from good sources:high trust pages(High Pr used to have good cuality for google) and sites with related content with your sites.
You will need some pacience, your site will reamin on sandbox for days, weeks, even months! But stay doing good work and the appear stronger than ever!

About a week after Google's post, Cutts confirmed that an algorithm change targeting "scraper" sites had gone live:
This was a pretty targeted launch: slightly over 2% of queries change in some way, but less than half a percent of search results change enough that someone might really notice. The net effect is that searchers are more likely to see the sites that wrote the original content rather than a site that scraped or copied the original site's content.
"Scraper" sites are those widely defined as not having original content but instead pulling content in from other sources. Some do this through legitimate means, such as using RSS files with permission. Others may aggregate small amounts of content under fair use guidelines. Some simply "scrape" or copy content from other sites using automated means — hence the "scraper" nickname.

There is a post in here where you can download a PDF that tells you how to remove from sandox by changing tags etc, I did it last week I had a site went to NO5 on google then I tried to copy and server went funny and froze me with both sites for 3 days, this got me sandboxed and went off track.
I tried all the posting content etc, got several articles on ezine and on site and came back at 322 where I sat for 4 weeks then i did the change of header and tags just added a "now" onto main keyword and changed description and got back to page 1 No 5 within 2 days.
LOL on page 322 I had 300 page views per day, I guess from Yahoo etc where still on Page 1, last few days on page 1 google/yahoo/bing and impressions droped to 70 WTF.
I have PDF which i downloaded if you cant find a nice thanks and pm and i will try and send pdf file not sure if i can attach docs here but sure we can get it to you via gmail or something.

I'm afraid there's little you can do, maybe it's just a normal G dance not a sandbox (or whatever this term might *really* mean..).
It's probably better if you wait and move to the next project, keep building backlinks as suggested and, as a side note, I have TONS of websites, none with original content in very diverse niches and they're ranking as good as they always did. I don't rewrite sh*t, and some are just lousy auto-translated mirrors (that are doing fine as well, if you ask me...). Hell, I even gained authority on a few of them...
