How can I redirect to paypal me link

I am using smartstore script found here:

When I want to add the paypal payment gateway, I noticed that I need the business paypal api key wich cost 35$/month and I am not even sure if I am elegible to get it since I am reselling SMM panels (Ive read bad user experience with paypal because they are doing SMM) and 35$ per month is a lot for a beginner so I though that if I could modify the script to redirect the user to a paypal me link or something like that then it would fix the problem. I have only knowledge in C# and python but Ive never been interested into php, html etc. So when I tried to understand this sh*t, it was chineese for me. I did not know really how I am going to do this, so i came to ask help here.

It would help for you to take a crash basic php course. Because any help you get online will still require a basic knowledge of PHP.

Anyway, I don't know that script so you need to post the portion of the script that has to do with payment
