How can I receive an SMS online for number verification?

Hi,

So after an hour of trawling Google to find a solution to this I'm still in the dark... I have a number from Indonesia, and I want to use this to add an account on Telegram. I only have the number, so I've got no way of receiving the confirmation text to pass verification. People have recommended Google Voice but it's not available in my country (UK). Can anyone give me some advice on this please?

If you want a number to register Telegram,you have to paid for it,
bucause it's popular.
