I’m not sure yiu should disclose your keywords publically, and I’m not even sure if we can offer advice on these keywords unless a mod says it’s okay to do so

If you are selling fake I'd than, their no way to increase organic traffic.
Because, Google doesn't allow fake websites even he can blacklist your website.

This is just a method to get a link, i doubt this "member" really needs any help.
