Easy and high competition doesn't work, no matter if blackhat or whitehat, there are no secret shortcuts to magically rank #1 for a keyword that could make you $1000 a day with a $300 one time investment. First of all, you need a decent moneysite with really good content, even a gazillion links won't rank a shitty site with 10 PLR articles. Next, you need some sort of concept how to get it ranked, just buying a few services and hoping they live up to their promises is certainly no strategy.

Ranking starts with Proper ON-page SEO, make sure your on-page is done properly. secondly there are no shortcuts to riches trust me on this. Instead of looking for easier ways to rank i recon you should invest your time in proper ways of ranking a website that will save much time and money.
