is there a site that allow me to do that , also if any member has btc to sell , i can buy using paypal

Here on BHW. Post to the Want to Buy section, you'll get offers. Make sure to only deal with reputable members, as Paypal does not guarantee or even allow(I think) crypto trading.
 
In the past I have used WeSellCrypto, they seem to be pretty good. Need to verify the account first to buy any sizeable amount though, so you may be better off buying on BHW.
 
There are folks on localbitcoins.com that deal with paypal, exchange rates are quite awful though.

localbitcoins is safest bet, but rates often tend to be shit. how much do you need anyway?
 
Best thing you can do is to buy from someone which u already know. I don't know if is really legal to do this, you don't wanna your pp account to be blocked. Read their terms first.
 
Set up a Payza account with the same bank or debit card account that you have for your Paypal. Payza can do direct BTC to Payza or Payza to BTC transfers, so between your PP, PZ and Bitcoin wallet you can safely be in complete control (alhough a week wait is involved). To buy BTC with Paypal, just move funds to your bank/debit card, then draw from it in Payza to buy BTC.
 
Localbitcoins is really the only way I know of and the exchange usually terrible. Expect to have to search before you find anyone willing to sell bitcoin at a reasonable price for paypal.

Unfortunately there really isn't a lot of good places to buy bitcoins with paypal. The reason is because too many people were scammed by people paying with paypal, getting the bitcoins, and then doing chargebacks.

The only place I know of that accepts paypal funds for bitcoins is Virwox. As someone else mentioned.

You're really better off just buying with cash/depsoit/wire on localbitcoins or another exchange like coinbase.
 
We offer paypal deposit option for verified users at our exchange.

We have also introduced direct credit card deposits, which is a much cheaper and simpler than paypal. So we strongly advise our clients to use it instead of paypal.

I have had all my paypal accounts shut down for selling BTC so I would tread very cautiously when exercising this avenue.
 
I tried to do this myself, quickest and easiest way was locally. But with patience you are going to get a better deal
 
There are ways but you need to have some common sense if not your paypal will be suspended!
