Hi
As it says in the title, I want to know your experiences.
I wear glasses at night and leave the lamp in my room. I also changed the light settings on my computer. Yet I feel annoyed.
Is there a good program that reflects the effect of computer light?

f.lux is an option. You could also buy glasses that block blue light.

Amazon: search blue light blocker
You will find easily, you don't need programs.

But if you want f.flux, redlight

*Your eyes aren't intended to gaze throughout the day at something straightforwardly before you. With the 20/20/20 guideline, you give your eyes a truly necessary break during long workdays.

*In the event that you take a gander at the screen for 20 minutes, you should take a gander at any rate 20 feet from you for 20 seconds. The more you turn away from your screen, however, the better!

*Ensure Your Room Is Well Lit

*Have Regular Eye Exams

*Lessen Blue Light

*Utilize High-Resolution Screens

These are the steps which I follow to protect my eyes from the computer light

I like using the glasses as I do a lot of color-sensitive work on my computer and even though f.lux is absolutely awesome, it was pretty annoying to toggle it on and off every time I needed my monitor calibrated. Also, glasses protect you from your phone screens and ambient light as well!

There might be blue light filter programs. I personally wear glasses which filters blue light.

Use CareUeyes or f.lux
Grab a pair of blu-cut lenses

Adjust screen distance if you're using desktop

Try using f.lux for yellowish light or windows 10 has this feature as well

Windows 10 has in-built blue light filter. If your OS doesn't have this feature, then there are many free programs. I keep it turned on 24x7 (not just at night).
In addition, I always keep a light on in my room. I never work on PC in a dark room no matter how urgent the work is.
You can also apply 20-20-20 rule which advices that you should take a 20 seconds break after every 20 minutes interval and stare at an object 20 meters away from you. This will help your eyes adjust focus for a while.
Apart from these free options, you can try applying eye drops to keep your eyes moist, or purchase anti-glare glasses.

Keep your eyes safe :)

I've recently bought Barner's glasses that block the blue light. I've noticed that I'm getting fewer headaches ever since I've started wearing them. Money well spent IMO

Just get yourself a cheap 10$ pair of glasses that block blue light. It can work wonders!
I just recently got blue light blocking glasses and really my eyes almost stopped getting tired after a long sitting at the computer. I regret not having bought them earlier))

Wow, I'm looking for the same program...for windows...any suggestion
