I am pretty sure the technology is real. Researchers have patented it and academic papers on it have been peer-reviewed. If I were to give you URLs on it, I think you would be pretty convinced that the technology is real and works, but then I would have some competition.

There are plenty of big companies that would make a use of this.
Messages among CEO's and their first layer of directors may want to use this kind of security.
Not to say secret services of any kind, drug and weapon dealers, etc.
I would make it high ticket and ask for a high price for its use.

Yes can confirm this technology exists OP if you manage to get one of those devices in your hand and it's functional I would go to the group that is most affected by this and sell it to them (I can tell you group name over PM if you need it), many affected people who want to prove the world that the devices exist == many chances to make money !!
