How can I post to press release networks?

Hello,

I'm looking for an "in" on how to post to press release networks, in particularly Vertical News Network (https://verticalnewsnetwork.com/), MarketWatch and Digital Journal. I see sellers on the usual platforms offering the service for $25.

I've tried contacting VNN but no reply.

Any help / pointers appreciated. I don't wish to go through a freelancer and obviously wish to avoid sites such as PR News as they're adding their own commission.. If the Fiverr seller can obtain for $25 where are they getting their lower price from?
