How can I post google reviews from my old Google account?

I was working before post Google Reviews and its was working good. But nowdays when I post a review I can't see that website after done . What's the way to give reviews nowdays ?

May be your account is restricted yo do the reviews. It will be submitted, but Google won't show. Try in different ip.

If I use proxy its have chance to show on Google right ?
