Can anyone help me with how to pin my post or thread on top of Blackhat World?

You want to pin just any old thread? If it's in a section outside of the marketplace, you can't request to have your thread pinned.

If you ever start a marketplace thread, you can actually send in a request to have it pinned by our advertising department, but there's a fee for this.
