How can I pay with PayPal without adding an CC?

Read the title. I have enough money on my PayPal. Since I'm not 18 years old, I can't get a creditcard in my country. But I have to add a creditcard before I can pay with PayPal. What to do now?

It's for Facebook ads!

Get a prepaid internet shopping card & use it to verify PayPal!

Second option is to get a Payoneer Master Card!

Take your parents cc card while they are making babies or something, just don't attempt to verify it (I don't think you have to in order to use the Money inside of your account) as pp will send a four digit code onto their account.

I haven't tried adding a vcc when trying to pay for something you can try and most probably it'll work
 
If you really are "the GOD" ? can you not just simple...
on the 7th day, create a CC for yourself? :D
 
Not sure where you from, but I got my CC when I was 16. You go to the bank with your parents, they sign some papers and you get your CC where you can deposit your money that you save up and that's a fucking Visa so you can pay for shit online. They own the card, but you manage it and it's your name on it.

Payoneer as well, but don't know if you need to send them any documents now.

I don't know if its the same system in 'your country', but here in North America you can just add your Banks checking account, not only will you be able to also pay with your checking account, but you will also be able to withdraw money from your PayPal account to it.
