3 options:
1.Use stripe Atlas - it's an end to end service by stripe which will make a business entity for you in the US which you can then use for your stripe account.
2. Make a business entity yourself - there are hundreds of services out there who will do it for you. Usually costs anywhere between $200-$1000.
3. Get a stripe account of someone else for a price: I don't recommend this but it is an option.

I don't understand why you wouldn't just making a US LLC and then signing up properly without any issues or without any worries
